Texas Consumer Law Lawyer

The Texas Deceptive Trade Practice Act (DTPA) is a good law. It protects consumers from unscrupulous business dealings. Many of my clients have paid hard-earned money on goods or services that did not live up to the clients expectations. As some of you are aware of, businesses don't always want to stand behind their products or services. The DTPA helps consumers hold these businesses responsible for shoddy work or merchandise. I help clients by enforcing warranties and guarantees, both implied and expressed. Fraternal Order of Police

As a former and still-licensed peace officer, I understand the workings of law enforcement systems. Because of that, I have recently been appointed as a designated attorney for the local chapter of the Fraternal Order of Police, the largest organization of law enforcement officers in the entire world. I assist members with legal matters affecting their employment. Members faced with disciplinary action may have me represent them at administrative hearings.
